Such a friendly and overlooked place. I've never seen them packed but they're always doing a ton of to go orders. The happy hour is great The fish is always super fresh. They have the best sweet shrimp I've found in LB!

I came here for lunch for the first time (I’ve always done take out)and was pleasantly surprised. I read so many bad reviews about the service but we had no issues ordering and didn’t deal with any rudeness. We were the only customers in there though, so perhaps that’s part of it. The lunch specials are a great deal and the salmon sushi was amazing! I will definitely be giving them the benefit of the doubt and coming back. Next time I want to try some happy hour deals!

The sushi was delicious and at a great price during Happy Hour! The tempura meal was huge and yummy! Our waitress was very accommodating for our big group and frequently checked up on us and refilled our drinks. If I lived in Long Beach I would definitely go back. The service, food, and atmosphere is great!

The best sushi place in OC/LA! Very high quality, always fresh, and 3 handrolls for 10! You can't beat it. I have been going here since 2014 and they have always been on point.

Very attentive and great servers. The food was well prepared and tasted great. I highly recommend their happy hour specials, very worth your while. Just be careful not to order too much!

During my visit, I receive good customer service. I like the Seaweed Salad on its own: its flavors and textures are too distinct to mix with the Greenie's flavors and textures. I'm a slow sushi eater because textures can vary so much and each hits my tongue and stomach differently. Soy sauce can help ease any queasy feelings when experiencing certain textures so I like to pour a bit, in case, aside from flavorful purposes. I like the Greenie because the ingredients mesh well, and, in my meal, the Avocado isn't mushy and slimy which helps make it a satisfying tasting somewhat filling meal.

What and amazing experience. I’ve been coming here for my sushi fix for a few years and I’m never disappointed. The happy hour rolls are so so so so good! I recommend the Devil, Hot Night, Pheonix and Gucci. Good service, amazing taste, great quality.
